Here at StackCommerce, leadership has worked very hard to make sure that this company is a rewarding place to work, whether that place is in our Venice Beach headquarters or from anywhere around the world. Across every team, we’re proud of the environment and culture we’ve nourished and grateful for everything we’re learning personally and professionally during our time here—as is evident on Slack every time someone has a Stackiversary.

And now we’re ecstatic to share that, for the fourth year in a row, StackCommerce has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Los Angeles by Built In LA.

Best Places to Work recognizes top employers across the U.S., highlighting those with a people-first outlook, measuring compensation, HR benefits, support, culture programs, perks and discounts, wellness initiatives, and more. You can read the details in the FAQ.

In 2021, we celebrated Stack’s 10th birthday, held our long-postponed company offsite (where many of us met in person for the first time), attended a Dodgers game, and continued to participate in regular remote professional and social events, including a magic show, White Elephant, and an at-times-contentious 30 Miles in 30 Days challenge (raise your hand if you think bike miles and run miles are not created equal). We’re really looking forward to what 2022 has in store.

Founder & CEO Josh Payne hosts a discussion with TPG leaders about what’s next for the commerce industry and StackCommerce.

The full list of Best Places to Work is nothing less than impressive, so it’s truly an honor to be part of a group of companies making the workplace more fulfilling for those handling the important day-to-day tasks. Congrats to everyone named!

If you’d like to be part of the passionate Stack family and help us build an even better tomorrow for all teams, check out over a dozen open positions (what can we say—we are planning for major growth in 2022!) and see what looks good. We’ve got both remote and in-office options, and once you’re here, you can join our Culture Crew to really shape the way we interact and function.

Even if you don’t see a fit for you, we love hearing from anyone with ideas about how they can play a role in our exciting future; just drop us a line at careers@stackcommerce.com.
